Mitchell Johnson says good bye to Big Bash

Mitchell Johnson played for Perth Scorchers in last two season and played a key role in the side winning the title his remarkable figure came up against Sydney Sixers where he ended up 4-0-13-1 in the final. And his best performance of 3 for 3 against Melbourne stars in the semifinal.

"The intensity and length of the BBL is just too much for someone who will be 37 at the start of the summer," Sam Halvorsen, Johnson's manager, told, "Mitch has put his name up for the Emirates tournament in Dubai, but that is half the length of the BBL."

Johnson has put his name up for the inaugural United Arab Emirates t20 league, he willing to play in the 10 over tournament in the UAE and the eight franchises in the draft in September.
