Indigo Paints, Has Signed MS Dhoni As brand Ambassador
MUMBAI: Enlivening paint producers, Indigo Paints, has marked MS Dhoni as a brand ambassador for next three years. Dhoni will highlight in all the showcasing and special crusades of Indigo Paints, which has wanted to spend over Rs 200 crore on publicizing in three years.
“We are a relatively young company but are growing at a brisk 40-45% CAGR over the last 10 years. Now, we are looking at further strengthening our brand and Dhoni was a perfect choice,” Hemant Jalan, managing director at Indigo Paints, told.
Jalan said Indigo’s journey has been similar to that of Dhoni’s, who rose from a small town to touch cricketing heights. “We feel that his persona is an excellent fit for our brand,” Jalan said.

Indigo Paints will dispatch a promotion battle crosswise over TV and other media, highlighting Dhoni toward the beginning of August“We have been spending 8-9% of our annual sales on advertising. We plan to spend Rs 200-240 crore over the next three years on the same,”
Indigo paints have been doing business since 2000 and have underscored on propelling new paint ideas for the purchasers and concocted paint classes which never existed like floor paints, roof paints, PU enamel,etc.this separation has helped indigo paints clock a CARG of more than 40 percent in the course of the most recent 10 years.
