Former India opener Virender Sehwag said that if Mahendra Singh Dhoni's team gets together in 2019 then Team India will win the World Cup. Sehwag said that thanks to Dhoni's performance and strategy, Team India made history in 28 years after winning the World Cup title.

Sehwag said that young players in the current team India have good and experienced players like Dhoni, who can guide him and train him for the 2019 World Cup preparations. Right now MS Dhoni is the most senior player in Team India .

Speaking about the 2011 World Cup, Sehwag said, "Two years ago, all the players had organized an important meeting with the World Cup hosted in India, in which we had decided that Team India would have all their matches a knock out Match will play as well. If we lose the match, then get out of the tournament.
