India will gain confidence from playing two practise games in South Africa, says Harmanpreet Kaur

Mumbai: India player Harmanpreet Kaur trusts the two practice diversions which the group would play in South Africa will enable them to pick up certainty in front of the ODI and T20 arrangement against the Proteas.


The Indian's ladies group will visit South Africa for a three-coordinate ODI arrangement, which begins at Kimberly on 5 February, trailed by a five-coordinate T20 arrangement, which starts on 13 February at Potchefstroom. 

"Going early will enable us to get used to the wickets there. We are getting two practice diversions and it will help assemble certainty before the principle matches. 

"The groups looks great and ideally we will do well," the 28-year-old Moga-conceived cricketer told journalists in Mumbai. 

The right-gave player was a piece of the Women's Big Bash League (WBBL) in Australia and she said the training which she did in Australia will help her in South Africa. 

"Truly, the Big Bash was great, however this time I didn't get enough shot, yet one next to the other great practice was going on. The wickets there and the training there will help in South Africa." 

She yielded that the forthcoming visit would challenge yet trusted that the group would perform well. 

"In reality after the World Cup (a year ago), this is the main arrangement we ae playing, and the visit will be extremely trying for us and we are anticipating it.

"This camp is for both 50 overs and 20 overs...this camp is useful for experience of two new young ladies (who have joined the group). They have done well in household coordinates and are in a decent touch," she included. 

She said the break after the World Cup was required and it has profited the group. 

"Prior to the World Cup, we were engaged with consecutive seasons and we didn't get break any break. I was harmed and there were young ladies who had niggles and we required a break. What's more, this break will help us. 

"I know the sort of energy we got, on the off chance that maybe a couple arrangement would have happened, at that point it would have been exceptional for us. Around then the group required a break, which the BCCI gave us and it was great." 

Harmanpreet said an expanding number of individuals are presently watching ladies' cricket because of the national group's execution.
